GABE Verse is a product of Gabe Technologies LLC (the "Data Controller").

We collect account information (name, email, credentials), device information (device type, OS, app version), usage information (feature interactions, diagnostics), and communications data necessary to provide the Service.

We use information to provide and operate the Service, maintain security, improve functionality, provide support, and comply with legal obligations.

The Service is not intended for children under 13. If we learn that personal information has been collected from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete that information.

You may permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Profile section of the app, satisfying your right to erasure under GDPR Article 17.

13. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete your personal information, and the right to opt-out of the sale of your personal information. Gabe Technologies LLC does not sell personal information. To exercise your California privacy rights, contact [email protected]. We will respond within 45 days.
14. Data Breach Notification
In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, Gabe Technologies LLC will notify affected users within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, as required by GDPR Article 33. Notification will be sent to the email address associated with your account. We will also notify the relevant supervisory authority where required by law. Notifications will include: the nature of the breach, categories of data affected, likely consequences, and measures taken to address it.
